It covers your own PIN and the lock screen, closing out and tips, taking an order with quick boards and specials, voice ordering, the kitchen display, online orders from both sides, prep, stock and requests, and what managers see in Teams, Books and the AI helpers.

Tips 1

4 min Tips: how tip sharing works 4 min · 8 chapters · For everyone Why tips need rules, the four ways to share them (equally, by time, each server keeps their own, or off), tip sections such as dining and bar, closing tips at the end of a shift, automatic close and manager approval, and the record that is kept.

Books 1

12 min Books: bills, money owed and supplier payments 12 min · 9 chapters · For managers How supplier bills move through Books: the AI reads each bill in the Inbox for a person to check, a new supplier is created with one press, "Add to money owed" puts the bill on what you owe that supplier, Unpaid bills groups everything by supplier, and bank statement lines that clearly pay a bill mark it paid automatically (with Undo) while unclear ones wait in Payments to confirm. Closes with workspaces: switching, the workspace code your staff type into the apps, and practising in a test workspace. Demonstrated with fictional suppliers in a test workspace.
