Books: bills, money owed and supplier payments

How supplier bills move through Books: the AI reads each bill in the Inbox for a person to check, a new supplier is created with one press, "Add to money owed" puts the bill on what you owe that supplier, Unpaid bills groups everything by supplier, and bank statement lines that clearly pay a bill mark it paid automatically (with Undo) while unclear ones wait in Payments to confirm. Closes with workspaces: switching, the workspace code your staff type into the apps, and practising in a test workspace. Demonstrated with fictional suppliers in a test workspace.
