Odarius support

Odarius POS, KDS, Staff and Driver are the apps a restaurant's own staff use, and each one needs an Odarius workspace and the employee number and PIN the restaurant issued. If something is not working — on a till, a kitchen screen, a phone or the web — write to us and say what you were doing when it happened.

What to include

• Your workspace name
• Which app, and whether it is on iPhone, iPad or Android
• What you were doing, and what happened instead
• The date and time it happened
• A safe way to reach you

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, secret keys or full payment-card details.
