These terms govern your use of Odarius ordering and messaging services provided for Aziana B.V. (“the restaurant”). By placing an order or requesting service, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Orders and messages

Availability, prices, taxes, preparation times, and acceptance are confirmed by the business. Automated notices are service communications about requests or orders; you can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

Payments, changes, and refunds

Displayed charges are confirmed before payment. Changes, cancellations, and refunds depend on order status and the business's published practice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Service availability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
